What is the dress code for the Restaurant at Meadowood?

Kindly note that jackets are suggested, but are not required. Well-kept dark denim or slacks with a collared dress shirt is appropriate and ties are optional. Please no T-shirts, shorts, sporting attire, hats or casual wear.

Are children allowed in the Restaurant?

Young guests twelve years of age and older are welcome in the dining room, provided they enjoy the full Tasting Menu and the good company of their guests, without the use of electronics.

Will the menu be adjusted for aversions and preferences?

The Chef's Kitchen Counter Menu and Fireside Snacks are meant to be enjoyed without modification and are offered without adjustments. The Tasting Menu in the dining room and Three Course menu in the Bar are individualized to each guest's severe food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please inform us of any allergies or restrictions prior to 48 hours of your arrival, as the menu is unable to be altered without prior notification. Preferences and aversions are not accommodated, as Chef Kostow requests that each guest experience his menu as intended for the evening.

What is your corkage policy?

The corkage policy is $100 per bottle, for up to two 750ml bottles of wine, or one magnum, per reservation. We do request that the bottle is not currently listed on our wine list. The list is available in PDF format at therestaurantatmeadowood.com, under the wine section. Please note that corkage is not permitted in the kitchen at the Chef's Counter, or by the Fireside for Snacks.

What if I am running late?

The Restaurant will do its best to accomodate a late arrival. We will hold your dinner reservation for a grace period of fifteen minutes. Reservations are not guaranteed after this time.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

While purchased experiences are non-refundable, they are transferable. In the event you are unable to join us for dinner, you are welcome to sell or gift the experience to a third party. This may be done through your user profile on Tock.

How do I apply my gift certificate to the purchase?
