The Chef's Kitchen Counter Menu and Fireside Snacks are meant to be enjoyed without modification and are offered without adjustments. The Tasting Menu in the dining room and Three Course menu in the Bar are individualized to each guest's severe food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please inform us of any allergies or restrictions prior to 48 hours of your arrival, as the menu is unable to be altered without prior notification. Preferences and aversions are not accommodated, as Chef Kostow requests that each guest experience his menu as intended for the evening.
The corkage policy is $100 per bottle, for up to two 750ml bottles of wine, or one magnum, per reservation. We do request that the bottle is not currently listed on our wine list.
